I heard two divine songs this evening after listening to a Garage/House music stream. Actually, I found out that the actual the name of the collaborative duo is Live Element (Gossip Records) and the two songs that I heard (Dejame Soñar and Can’t Let You Go feat. Neilla) were recorded under a different production name, Native New Yorkers.

One of my interesting finds in September of last year was something I will still call my “porno” CD
. I was listening to a track on a streaming radio program and it happened to be one by Nick Faber called Same Girl, Different Wig. I really liked the track and wondered where it was released so I could get the CD. So began my extensive search for it… I found out surprisingly that it was on a seemingly obscure double CD from the UK called Suck It and See, and produced by none other than Howie B. under his Pussyfoot label. It is his musical tribute to exotica and features samples of his favourite porn films. The titles are extra fabulous—I had a good laugh. So here we have two CDs with some good artists, although be warned that CD 2 has a lot more vocal excerpts/moaning samples on it. CD 2 has a good track by Deadly Avengers called In Pursuit of the Pimp Mobile. I will try to share musical wealth when I can.

More on music (currently listening to That Feelin’ by The Rurals [Franco, take that as a hint of a recommendation for the love of Rhodes!])…
