There was a big birthday to celebrate at the end of September, movies, dinners, people visiting, etc. Also, having my brother in town allowed for some of my time spent checking mail, surfing the net, etc., to become almost non-existent. Thus, I have left my desk chair deserted most of the time. But that’s a good thing as well. I cannot even hardly catch up with e-mail, which is not so good.
But all in all, I cannot complain, just enjoying the fall weather which I love at this time of year (summers are extremely “bleh” in this town). Even further down the months, I look forward to more three to four day weekends due to all the winter holidays. Maybe we will even be lucky enough to have a snow day or two thrown into the mix as rarely happens in the city I work in.
